The menu

The restaurant ’Il Molo’ in Passignano offers two menus that change throughout the year (cold months-warm months), with variation to the dishes depending on the season and on the caught fish.

One of our main goals is offering the best quality of the products that our land offers. We follow the seasonality and the fishing trends, to offer only fresh and natural products.
